Council Crest Park
When I moved here in the late 90's, you could see all the major volcanoes of the region from the vista point below the humongous water tower.
Since then the trees in the park have grown a bit taller and the mountain selection has decreased but you can still catch the main players and some great views of P-Town and Beaverton.
